Order Processing & Fulfillment

All items are custom-made just for you once an order is placed.

  • Production Time: Orders typically take 2-7 business days to be produced before they are shipped.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping

  • Shipping Carriers: We utilize various shipping carriers to ensure efficient delivery.

  • Lost in Transit: If your order seems to be lost in transit, please contact us at [Info@Prileague.com] after the estimated delivery window has passed. 

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to the facility due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items / Quality Issues: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a significant print quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

    • To expedite the process, please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

    • We will work to provide a free replacement or a full refund. You typically will not need to return the damaged item.

  • Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong item, wrong size than what you ordered), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a refund.

  • Buyer's Remorse / Incorrect Size Ordered: We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, or if you simply ordered the wrong size or color. Please refer to our size charts (available on each product page) and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

  • Cancellations: We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation, and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect items) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How Your Order Works (Production & Shipping)

 IT TYPICALLY TAKES 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

  • SHIPPING: ONCE YOUR ORDER IS READY, IT'S SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO YOU. SHIPPING TIMES WILL VARY BASED ON YOUR LOCATION AND THE SHIPPING METHOD YOU CHOOSE AT CHECKOUT. YOU'LL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER LEAVES THE FACILITY.

  • LOST ORDERS: IF YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS NO UPDATES FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD, OR IF YOUR ORDER SEEMS LOST, PLEASE CONTACT US AT [INFO@PRILEAGUE.COM] AFTER THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME HAS PASSED.

  • INCORRECT ADDRESSES: PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS THAT WAS ENTERED INCORRECTLY. IF AN ORDER IS RETURNED TO ELASTICSTAGE DUE TO AN INVALID ADDRESS, YOU MIGHT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST TO RE-SHIP IT.

IF THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED ISN'T WHAT YOU ORDERED—PERHAPS IT'S THE ITEM —PLEASE LET US KNOW WITHIN 30 DAYS OF GETTING YOUR ORDER.

JUST SEND US YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND A CLEAR PHOTO OF THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED TO [INFO@PRILEAGUE.COM]. WE'LL QUICKLY WORK WITH ELASTICSTAGE TO SEND YOU THE CORRECT ITEM OR GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND.

Damaged or Defective Items / Quality Issues

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, OR A SIGNIFICANT PRINT QUALITY ISSUE, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

TO HELP US FIX THIS QUICKLY, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND CLEAR PHOTOS SHOWING THE DAMAGE OR DEFECT. WE WILL WORK WITH ELASTICSTAGE TO PROVIDE A FREE REPLACEMENT OR A FULL REFUND. 

Changed Your Mind?

WE CANNOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF YOU SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER.

Refunds
